The pens seen in the images are NOT included these are purely for illustration to show the Pilot pen models that these refills are compatible with.
We have been advised by Pilot that the FriXion Point refill tip has been altered and will come complete with the new Synergy tip developed for the FriXion Point Clicker (still compatible with the FriXion Point). We now only have Light Blue, Pink and Red in the old 'Needle Point' tip left in stock all the other available colours (Black, Blue, Blue/Black, Green and Violet) have the new synergy tip.
**Pilot are currently in a transitional stage with their packaging please note the packaging may differ from the images (e.g. may be in the old plastic style wallet packaging).**

Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of purchase to be eligible for an exchange/refund. The item must still be re-saleable (As received e.g. in original box/packaging) and returned with proof of purchase. Should you receive a damaged or incorrectly dispatched item, please inform us within 7 days of receipt, so we can advise you on the return of the item.

Important: It is the sender's responsibility to ensure we receive the products back. We therefore recommend you send the goods recorded delivery with a tracking number (or require proof of postage). As if the parcel goes missing we will be unable to exchange or refund your order.
