Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number.

You can use this tracking number to follow your parcel from dispatch through to delivery.

📧 Where is my tracking number?

Your tracking details are sent via email once your order has been dispatched.

If you can’t find your tracking email:

  • Check your junk/spam folder
  • Allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking to update

⏱ When will my order arrive?

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–3 working days
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1–2 working days
  • Special Delivery: Next working day by 1pm

Tracking information may take some time to update after dispatch.
