Orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same working day.
CHRISTMAS POST
Last UK postage dates for Christmas:
- Tracked 48: Thursday 18th December
- Tracked 24: Friday 19th December
- Special Delivery: Monday 22nd December
These dates should get your order to you in time for Christmas, but occasional delays can still happen. If you have the option, it’s best to order a bit sooner!
Please note that our last shipping dispatch before Christmas will be at 3:00 pm on Monday, 22nd December. Any orders placed after 3:00 pm on Monday, 22nd December, will be dispatched on Friday, 2nd January 2026.

Next Day Deliveries
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm (Next Working Day) option will require a signature on receipt.
Tracking Information
You can track your order by visiting https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/ and entering the reference number (tracking ID) provided in the email or text you received when your order was dispatched. Updates will be available as your order moves through the Royal Mail system.
Returns
Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of purchase to be eligible for an exchange/refund. The item must still be re-saleable (As received, e.g. in original box/packaging) and returned with proof of purchase. Should you receive a damaged or incorrectly dispatched item, please inform us within 7 days of receipt, so we can advise you on the return of the item.
E-mail sales@fairhurstproducts.co.uk. If you are returning a faulty or incorrect item, we shall refund your postage up to the cost of Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For).
Important: It is the sender's responsibility to ensure we receive the products back. We therefore recommend you send the goods recorded delivery with a tracking number (or require proof of postage). As if the parcel goes missing, we will be unable to exchange or refund your order.
