Our last posting date pre-Christmas will be the 20th of December (this applies for all web, Amazon and eBay orders). This date applies only to orders placed in enough time before our postal collection, so make sure orders are in before 3pm Friday 20th December.
In all cases, we'd always recommend leaving more time if at all possible - last posting dates are estimates, not guarantees, and delays do occasionally happen!
PLEASE NOTE - All orders placed after 3.00pm Friday 20th December - 3.00pm Friday 27th December will be dispatched and sent out on Friday 27th December (this applies for all Web, Amazon and eBay orders).
Orders placed during weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm (Next Working Day) - £7.50
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm (Next Working Day) option will require a signature on receipt.
You can track your order regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout by simply visiting - https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/ and enter 'Your reference number' (tracking ID) provided in the email/text received from us when your order has been dispatched.
For the Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm (Next Working Day) options you will be able to see updates via the tracking as your order makes its way through the Royal Mail system.
Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of purchase to be eligible for an exchange/refund. The item must still be re-saleable (As received e.g. in original box/packaging) and returned with proof of purchase. Should you receive a damaged or incorrectly dispatched item, please inform us within 7 days of receipt, so we can advise you on the return of the item.
E-mail sales@fairhurstproducts.co.uk. If you are returning a faulty or incorrect item, we shall refund your postage up to the cost of 1st class recorded Royal Mail.
Important: It is the sender's responsibility to ensure we receive the products back. We therefore recommend you send the goods recorded delivery with a tracking number (or require proof of postage). As if the parcel goes missing we will be unable to exchange or refund your order.
